Appraisals & Valuations

A range of commercial property valuation services are available to our clients. Free property appraisals are provided if you are thinking about selling your property through our auctions or private treaty. Furthermore, free appraisals are provided to insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and banks at the outset of an instruction to determine the indicative value of the property. If more robust valuations are required then either marketing reports or RICS Red Book valuation reports are provided to our clients and will be undertaken by one of our in-house RICS Chartered Surveyors.

Auctions

Sellers can enter their property into our auctions and benefit from 0% seller fees, no marketing fees and no entry costs, with completion within 28 days this gives a swift and simple route to market. Our model has proved extremely successful with large numbers of investors, insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and banks all taking advantage of the offering. Giving buyers a wide range of different properties to choose from, including ready-made commercial property investments, mixed use properties, commercial premises that require modernisation and commercial development opportunities with or without planning. Management

Our property management team services residential & commercial properties as well as portfolios for landlords, insolvency practitioners and private clients. The team handles the day to day issues with the property, ensuring any repairs are dealt with in a swift and cost-effective manner and collects the monthly rent for the property. John Pye Property also has an in-house property maintenance and security teams, meaning any work undertaken to the property is done by our -in-house teams.

Maintenance & Security

Our in-house property maintenance and security teams work with our management team to ensure any work undertaken to properties are performed professionally, in acceptable timescales and to a high standard. To ensure properties adhere to unoccupied property insurance requirements, we can change locks, support with evictions and offer onsite security ensuring the properties are fully secured and safe.

If required, we can drain down plumbing systems to mitigate any issues that could arise whilst the premises are vacant.

We can also manage and support with the control and destruction of any data onsite, be it paperwork or IT equipment, ensuring all current data guidelines are met and items securely dealt with.

Marketing

We have an in-house team of experienced marketeers with specialties in pay-per-click advertising, social media, email, photography and videography. With over 750,000 registered bidders, an engaged email database and a strong following through our social media channels.

Photography

Our in-house photographer and videographer ensure your items are presented in the best possible way with multiple high-quality images for our online auctions and additional marketing.
