The Retail team provides stock exit solutions to a variety of industry sectors, supporting clients throughout the UK and Europe.

We work with Retailers, Manufacturers, Courier Companies, Loss Adjusters, Distributors and Private Companies looking to:

We have a proven, fully managed process you can utilise, with no hidden fees or upfront costs, our services include, auction processing and listing, marketing, delivery to the winning bidder and swift payment to you. All auctions are held online on our in house bidding platform, with nationwide delivery available for winning bids on over 95% of lots.

Our team of Account Managers have extensive experience and can provide a free valuation of your goods based on the large volume of previous sales data we hold. They will then suggest the optimal route to market using their industry knowledge and in turn, maximise returns for goods supplied.

We have over 1,000,000 square feet of secure, indoor sales space, with 20 sites providing UK coverage and our European site in Zaragoza, Spain.

We can take any volume of stock you have and tactically distribute it across our sites with experience in managing logistics for large consignments, such as the Made.com instruction.

HOW WE CAN HELP

An experienced Account Manager can offer a free appraisal of goods and is available for assistance throughout the process.

Using previous sales data we can provide an appraisal of your stock from a manifest provided by you, thus providing confidence in achieving expectations for your assets.

Safe unloading and processing of your assets at our site(s), creating lots to maximise value of your assets.

Each lot has multiple high-resolution images taken by in-house trained porters, to present goods in the best possible light and guide potential  bidders if unable to attend a viewing.

An in-house Marketing team support your Assets with social posts, email and website promotions.

Typically lasting 3-4 days, with hosted in person viewing available at specified times for the public.

95% of lots are available for optional home delivery and we will pick and securely pack the items. With a Click and Collect service offered for lots not available for delivery.

We provide reports after each auction and these can be tailored to your specific needs . All post-sale payments are made by bank transfer and are usually paid within 21 days.

Goods are checked and reset with all private data removed if required.

You will have access to our Technology department who have an experienced, trained team for the testing, PAT testing and refurbishment of goods such as phones, cameras, and laptops etc
