The Business Assets department is the company’s longest established department, having provided client services to Turnaround, Restructuring, Insolvency and Industry sectors for almost 30 years.
Instructions begin with appraisals and/or valuations in accordance with stipulations required by the UK’s National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers (NAVA). With our network of valuers covering the UK, we can support clients regardless of their location, having offices and support sites with our dedicated team. This UK wide coverage enables us to rapidly be on site and physically inspect assets quickly for their condition, grade, environment, and operational history to provide a reliable and accurate appraisal and valuation figures. This ability to move quickly with appraisals and valuations also applies to our speed to market with the sale and any logistics associated with an instruction, which in turn, leads to a faster completion and payment.
