Training & Development in our Technical Services Team

Continued Training & Development in our Technical Services Team

We believe that sustainable growth is important for long-term success, and we have implemented training that supports this growth and further expands our technical services for our clients.

Increasing Technical Training Across Sites

The continued investment in training across our sites continues to drive progress and innovation. Our tech resources are now fully operational at our Birmingham site offering a range of services to existing and new clients for the sale of technical products into the secondary market. This initiative is an ongoing project, supported by quality control monitoring to ensure optimal service is delivered.

Our team in Zaragoza, Spain recently completed their second 2024 tech training course. This has equipped the site with new skills in parts harvesting, which helps reduce e-waste by reclaiming and reusing functional components from discarded electronics. Enabling us to repurpose valuable WEEE for auction and providing an additional revenue stream for our clients. This process minimises landfill waste and reduces the environmental impact of manufacturing new parts by giving those previously discarded parts a new role in the circular economy. The collaborative efforts this year have fostered strong team bonds, reflected in the impressive sales results for tech items.

We are proud to announce our registration as one of only two UK companies offering BCS Digital Repair Apprenticeships. This innovative program supports recruitment and retention, providing growth opportunities without requiring time away from the workplace. The program also offers an attractive entry point for young recruits with competitive salary incentives.

By embracing technology and nurturing talent, we continue to lead with purpose and create a sustainable future for our business and our partners, turning innovation into lasting impact.
