Tom is the National Head of Client Account Management, with over 20 years of experience in customer service and account management, and has a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In his current role, he is responsible for managing a team of account managers who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to John Pye Auctions’ clients.

Tom is also responsible for assisting the Business Development Director in the creation and implementation of company-wide and departmental strategy. He is also involved in developing new business opportunities and ensuring the efficient operation of the client account management team.
