We are thrilled to have been able to support our charity partners with our annual charity auctions. Over the Christmas period we held two highly successful online sales to raise money for great causes. The auctions, which featured an exciting mix of sporting memorabilia, raised a combined total of £4,945 for John Pye's chosen charity partners: Footprints CEC and the Trent Bridge Community Trust.
The first auction, held in support of the Footprints CEC, raised an impressive £1,628. Footprints is a UK-based charity that provides essential support to children and families affected by bereavement.
The auction featured a variety of high value sporting memorabilia, attracting bidders from across the country who were eager to contribute to such a meaningful cause while adding unique items to their collections. This marked another milestone in John Pye Auctions' long-standing relationship with Footprints, helping them continue their vital work supporting bereaved families and providing them with the resources they need during difficult times.
The second online auction benefitted the Trent Bridge Community Trust, the charitable arm of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club whose mission of fostering positive change through the power of cricket.
The Trent Bridge Community Trust are a Nottingham based charity who deliver projects that have profound and meaningful impact on communities across the county through a number of different programmes.
As corporate partners of the club, we have supported the charity for some time, and this auction helped raise an outstanding £3,317. Featuring an impressive selection of cricket memorabilia and experiences, the auction attracted bidders with an interest in the sport, helping raise money.
