Leah is based at our Head Office and is our Head of Customer Service. Leah has been with the company since 2019 and has worked within customer service on both the phones and managing the online chat.
Being passionate about people, Leah’s focus is on creating and maintaining a high level of customer service and delivering this across the company.
Leah’s zest for customer service can be tracked back to her previous customer facing roles including at an English school working with people whose first language wasn’t English, as an Individual Support Worker in a community setting offering information advice and guidance and as a Collections Officer for Virgin. Through each of these roles Leah has shown her excellent communication skills and has adapted her communication style with a variety of different people from various backgrounds.
