We were the first UK Auction House to sponsor a professional football club, when in 2012/13 football season we signed an exclusive agreement with twice former European Cup winners, Nottingham Forest, to become the club’s main shirt and club sponsors, exposing the John Pye Auctions brand to a national and international audience during the club’s Championship season.

In 2017 we agreed a commercial sponsorship deal with Scottish Championship football club, Falkirk FC, as a pledge of support from our Scottish auction hub in Bo’Ness, between Falkirk and Edinburgh. We also sponsored Swansea City as an official club partner for the 2021-22 season, and have hosted multiple charity auctions in concert with the South Wales club.

More recent partnerships include Notts County, becoming the principal home shirt sponsor for the 2023-24 season with our logo featuring prominently on the front and back of the new home shirts. This agreement has now been renewed ahead of the 2024-25 season.
