40% of Profits Awarded to Employees as Bonus Payments

Staff have received a 40 percent share of profits in bonuses in December 2024.

Having exceeded £40 million turnover in its latest financial year, resulting in steady profits after a record-breaking year in 2023. Managing director Adam Pye said the firm had improved on its comparable 2021/2022 trading year by more than 30 per cent.

"While posting our highest ever revenue total last year, it was far from a usual trading year, due to some major insolvency projects including handling the sale of assets from homeware and furniture designers MADE.com and cycling specialist Moore Large," Mr Pye said.

"This year’s results are really positive against our most recent like for like trading year. However, we know this wouldn’t be possible without the team that contributes so hugely to our success – each of them is so deserving of this reward."

In addition to the discretionary Christmas bonus, we offer exceptional employees the opportunity to win £6,000 each quarter through the Don Burton Award, honouring the memory of long-serving employee Don Burton.
