John Pye Auctions flagship site, located in the West Midlands 8.5 miles out of Birmingham city centre covers over 20 acres and is the largest in our network to date offering 350,000 sq. ft of indoor sales space. The site was acquired in January 2024, with the re-development of the site beginning to make the largest indoor auction facility in Europe.

Located in Cradley Heath, the site is easily accessible from all parts of the country benefiting from close proximity to the M5, M6, M42 & M40.

Once fully developed, the site will house 50 salerooms and a vehicle site, holding 25 auctions per week including a variety of stock types ranging from consumer retail auctions, plant and machinery, vehicles and luxury goods. Viewing will be offered on the majority of items, and extensive parking will be available on site.
