REVENUE
You may already have a process for your excess inventory and returns, but is it optimised at all stages? We take all stock assigned and use our expertise and knowledge to break these down into lots to achieve the best returns, with 99.99% of all assets consigned, being sold. All sales are supported by our marketing team utilising our organically grown audience via social and email channels, taken from by our registered bidder database of over 800,000.
CASHFLOW
We take slow moving, excess inventories and can turn this into positive cashflow within three weeks of collection. We provide weekly payment runs, rapidly giving you the proceeds to reinvest back into your business. With a Creditsafe rating of 93 (out of an available 100) and all funds held in secure client accounts until payment is made, your money is in safe hands.


WAREHOUSE SPACE
This is continuously at a premium in terms of cost and availability. You can release this, free of charge, by utilising our secure indoor retail space of over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft and an additional 600,000 Sq. Ft of secure outdoor space. With next day collections available thanks to our transport team and network of trusted third-party providers.
ESG PERFORMANCE
Partnering with John Pye Auctions increases your ESG performance, as excess inventory accesses the secondary market giving products an extended life. Of the 0.01% that doesn’t sell, we have recycling processes in place that ensure only a tiny percentage of that ends up in landfill. These processes also include all packaging that we receive.

Auction Set Up
Safe unloading and processing of your assets at our site(s), creating lots designed to maximise returns from your assets.
Compliance and Discretion
We will ensure data compliance and remove all personal data from devices before sale. We know that brand protection is important for our customers, and as an additional bolt on service, we offer debranding, with the removal or masking of brand names (either physically, on images, and in sale descriptions).
Photography
Each lot will have multiple high-resolution images taken by our in-house staff, to present goods in the best possible light and guide potential bidders if unable to attend a viewing to help ensure the highest returns.
Marketing
An in-house Marketing team support your assets with social posts, email and website promotions.
Online Auction
Typically lasting 3-4 days, with hosted in person public viewing provided at specified times.
Packing & Delivery
95% of lots are available for optional home delivery and we will pick and securely pack the items. With a Click and Collect service offered for lots not available for delivery.
Reporting & Payment
We provide reports after each auction, and these can be tailored to your specific needs. All post-sale payments are made securely by bank transfer.
