John Pye Auctions Head Office and Primary East Midlands Hub in Nottingham covers 5.2 acres and is the largest brick built independent auction facility in the UK, situated in the iconic Star Brewery building in New Basford.
The site was acquired by the Pye family in 1994 and now comprises of 10 indoor salerooms and 2 vehicle auction sites; holding multiple weekly auctions of a variety of stock types to include seized vehicles, second-hand consumer electricals, luxury assets and property.
Our dedicated team of experts in appraisals, valuations, logistics, IT, marketing, and property are headquartered at this location, ensuring the smooth operation of our auctions. Mercury House, an additional office space offers external office spaces to businesses.
As our UK Head Office the site also houses multiple offices and meeting rooms, housing all John Pye Auctions trading departments and supporting departments.
