Alan is the Commercial Manager predominantly based at our Nottingham Head Office, but his role often takes him further afield, with regular client visits as well site visits to ensure a high level of quality and compliance across the company. Alan joined the company in July 2017 as an Auction Porter as he looked to support himself whilst studying towards a degree. When Alan graduated in July 2020 he began working in a full-time capacity, progressing to Commercial Manager and most recently Associate Director in 2023.

Alan’s key skills lie-in data analysis and continuous improvement for the business; he uses these skills to support implementation of new initiatives boosting profitability, our green credentials, and an all-round better working environment.
