Ros joined John Pye & Sons Ltd (JPS) in 2020 after growth of the business presented the need for in-house legal. Ros, a qualified solicitor, brings to JPS a wealth of experience with 16 years PQE as a commercial litigation and insolvency solicitor in private practice working for local firms Actons Solicitors and Browne Jacobson LLP.

Her main responsibilities include reviewing client and supplier contracts, assisting on various tenders including government and local agencies, handling litigation, the maintenance and governance of JPS’ terms and conditions, involvement in the legal aspects of renewable energy projects.
